The scope includes all types of real estate: apartments, detached houses, vacant land plots, retail / office / commercial spaces, hotels (valuation using discounted cash flow method), etc.
The valuation report includes title verification as well as assessment of urban planning compliance (for existing buildings) or planning and building regulations (for vacant land).
